"BEWARE!! This office changes stuff on your policy when you're not aware of it or give consent for them to do so! I had an issue and called to ask about it, and i knew what the so-called office manager was telling me was incorrect. She is very unprofessional and is absolutely not educated in insurance! She was more interested in arguing with me over the phone and hanging up on me. She accused me of yelling at her when I did not. She called me back leaving a voicemail explaining how she had to contact underwriting and she was in fact wrong on that part. Which I was trying to explain to her but she wouldn't listen to me. I'm calling corporate office and having them look further into this for me and then I'm switching agents!"
